“I love to paint!” Wendy finds it so exciting and satisfying to take a blank canvas and create something beautiful using color. She also loves to garden; the flowers and birds around her are often the inspiration for her paintings.

Wendy is in her Happy Place when she is painting: where she is completely in the moment.  Wendy has shown and sold her work through the Steinbach Arts Council for many years. She joined the Local Colour Art Group in 2019 and she feels she benefits from the encouragement, camaraderie, and shared experiences of the members. Wendy paints with oil, alcohol ink and acrylic.
