Pat Penner is a Winnipeg artist who paints in watercolour and acrylics.  Inspiration for her art is found in the play of light on water, colours in a prairie sunset, or the simple lines of everyday objects.

Penner has a BFA from the University of Manitoba.  She has won awards from the Southeast Open Judged Exhibit, the Red River Ex Juried Art Show, the MSA Open Juried Exhibit and helped design the Niverville Cenotaph
